I have been a Restaurant Developer for over 18 years. We built a territory for a major QSR brand ultimately overseeing 500+ locations. It's my job to walk alongside franchisees to not only build new locations quickly, but to help in all areas of the business throughout their franchising journey. I developed great relationships with over 150 franchisees over the years and we achieved a lot of success together. I'm thrilled to be able to build a new "family" with Hangry Joe's.

As a developer in Texas, my role is to help franchisees with site selection, lease negotiation, restaurant design, vendor relationships, operations training, local marketing, grand openings, financial analysis, P&L reviews, and much more.

I am also a franchisee of this brand, so my restaurants are available to new owners for training before every grand opening. We are here not just on day 1 or day 100, but every day your entrepreneurial adventure.

My goal is to build this brand to focus on franchisee success as the top priority. Our growth will continue to skyrocket if we maintain that focus. We're not perfect, but our leadership team is working day and night to put systems in place to help our franchisees in all aspects.

I'm "All In" on this brand. I believe we have absolutely the best food in the chicken restaurant arena. I'm extremely excited to work with other entrepreneurs to bring the best Nashville Hot Chicken to new markets across Texas. All of my franchisees can reach me directly day or night and I'll do everything in my power to guide them towards success.
